About the Artist

Born in Turkey, Ipek Keylansoy discovered her bond with color long before she learned the language of words. From childhood, colors, textures, and quiet forms became her way of understanding the world — a silent conversation between feeling and memory.

After years dedicated to law, she returned fully to painting, embracing art not as a profession but as a way of being. Her work reflects the dialogues between belonging and change, migration and stillness, memory and light. Each canvas traces the evolution of her inner world and the landscapes that shaped her journey.

Now based in the United States, Keylansoy continues to explore how color and form can express what words cannot — where silence turns visual and emotion takes shape.
